Every profile can verify with email and phone. Verified members get a small badge — a signal, not a promise. Every completed trade produces a review from both sides, and the average sits at the top of each profile.
For in-person swaps, meet in daylight, in public. Coffee shops, transit stations, the entrance of a busy grocery store. Bring a friend if the item is large. For shipped trades, use tracking and confirm receipt in the chat.
If something feels off — a pushy message, an offer that keeps changing, a request to move to another app — flag it. We read every report.
